Aircraft Service Render

 

Air Start: External Engine Start.

 

Baggage Fee: Baggage Service, Luggage.

 

Call Out Fee: Overtime Fees - charged when personnel are called out to the airfield after normal business hours.

 

Cargo Loading/Unloading: Services charged to load and/or unload any cargo, Porter, Conveyor Belt, Loader, Loading Equipment, Pay mover, MDL (Main Deck Loader), Tractor and Air Bridge.

 

Catering: Catering for passenger flights ONLY (i.e. food and non-alcoholic beverages for non per diem passengers only)

 

Chocks: Used to keep aircraft from rolling on the ramp.

 

Communication: Forms of communications that are authorized for usage - sita, phone, fax, internet service (WIFI) *cell hpone may not be purchased.

 

Customs/Immigration: OCONUS locations when crew need to put paper work or visas through Customs or Immigration, VISA and Port Health.

 

Dispatch: Communication between ground crew and pilot.

 

Fork Lift: Used for Cargo.

 

High Loader: Used for Cargo.

 

Flight Stairs: Stairs and steps for aircrafts.

 

Lavatory Services: Latrine, toilet, toilet cart and water services.

 

Maintenance: Aircraft maintenance and maintenance labor.

 

Marshalling: Directing the aircraft to a designated location.

 

Overtime Fee: Fee charged when personnel are needed after normal business hours - peak charges, holiday charges and weekend charges.

 

Passenger Handling: Fee charged for FBO to handle any paper work and/or luggage for the passengers.

 

Pilot Supplies: Mapping, Routing, Flight Plans and Weather.

 

Potable Water: Drinking water or water for lavatory sinks for hand washing purposes and Pallet Water.

 

Security Communication: Security staff cell phone usage.

 

Security Services: Aircraft Security/Guarding, Security Escort Service and Security Supervision.

 

Tie Down: Securing aircraft to ramp for a period of time, typically overnight.

 

Trash Removal: Garbage removal and litter service.

 

Vendor Admin Fee: Fee charged to arrange services to an airport. Merchants arrange services at an airport with vaious local vendors. The vendors often require payment in advance or only accept cash payment. The coordinating vendor will pay the local vendors in advance for the services and the customer's Air Card. Third party charge, agent fee, aircraft service fee, arrangement/coordination fee, administration fee and aircraft handling services charge.
